A fan who ran onto the field at Levi's Stadium during a Los Angeles Rams game last week and was tackled by the Rams' running back Bobby Wagner has filed a complaint with the Santa Clara Police Department.
When the streaker, who was armed with a pink flare-like device, ran onto the field, Wagner leveled him with a particularly fierce hit, at which point security arrived to subdue the man and take him away.
The unnamed man and his attorneys charged that Wagner's hit was a "blatant assault."
No charges have been filed yet, and it's unclear whether the Santa Clara Police Department will take an any action.
