Dallas, TX – POWERHANDZ, Inc., an athletic training sporting goods provider, today announced the launch of its performance enhancing multi-sport training products, designed based on the overload principle and muscle memory theory. The initial line consists of a weighted anti-grip glove, weighted pure-grip glove and slick basketball wrap. POWERHANDZ is also in the production phase of its slick football wrap product.
POWERHANDZ products are designed to strengthen hand and arm muscles and increase dexterity for a variety of sports, including basketball, baseball, football, and more. The initial line was created based on training techniques used throughout the basketball career of company CEO and Founder, Darnell Jones, as a player and a skills trainer for several elite athletes.

POWERHANDZ will officially debut their training products at the PrimeTime Sports National Basketball Championship, the fastest growing youth basketball tournament in the country, July 23-27 in Plano, Texas. During the PrimeTime Sports ‘Play Hard, Live Well’ Expo on July 23, tournament participants and basketball enthusiasts will have the opportunity to use each of the three POWERHANDZ products during multiple skills training sessions sponsored by the POWERHANDZ Skills Academy, with instruction led by Jones, as well as NBA talents Donald Sloan, Ronnie Price and C.J.Miles. The PrimeTime Sports National Championship is a NCAA certified event, featuring more than 9,000 youth athletes from some of the best boys and girls travel basketball teams across the country, and over 10,000 coaches, fans and parents.
